RETURN/EXCHANGE

DEEN will gladly accept all merchandise for a return/exchange. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with an RGA number provided from DEEN. All requests for a return/exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

All merchandise must be unworn and have all original tags attached. DEEN reserves the right to refuse the return of merchandise if goods do not meet DEEN’s company return policy requirements. If merchandise is received damaged or the tags are missing please notify us immediately at info@shopdeen.com or by calling 201-963-3336.

All returned merchandise must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at info@shopdeen.com. The RGA number is required on the return form and must be legibly written outside of the return package. All unidentified returns will be returned to sender.

SALE MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CONDITIONS.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE

  1. After receiving your RGA # please print out the email containing the RGA # and include that with your full name, email address, and reason for return.
  2. It is our recommendation that items being returned/exchanged are shipped and insured via UPS, FedEx or United States Postal service. DEEN will not be held responsible for unpredictable damages or losses. The returned/exchanged merchandise must be received within ten days of the receipt of the RGA #. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Merchandise must be sent to the following address:

  3. The status or your return will be sent to you via email within 7 days of receiving the package. A refund for the purchase price of the merchandise excluding shipping and handling costs and will appear on your credit card statement within 2-4 weeks. If you requested an exchange, the status of your exchange will be emailed to you at this time. If we cannot fill the exchange request we will automatically credit your original form of payment unless told otherwise.

Can I return merchandise I have purchased on your website at the store? Yes, you may return or exchange an item you have purchased online to our store. Please refer to our return policy for further details

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will normally ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your shipment. We'll also email you if something you ordered is backordered or out of stock.

It is our policy to process all orders in a timely fashion. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we'll contact you within two business day to gather the information we need to expedite your order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. In addition, we try to order out-of-stock items for customers upon request. To request a special order of an out-of-stock item, please contact us at info@shopdeen.com.

ONLINE ORDER

How to Place an Order Online?

Placing an order with shopdeen.com is easy. Please follow these simple steps to experience the wonderfully and comfortable shopping online with us:

  • Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking "add item" on the item's product detail page. When you have finished shopping, click the "cart" button at the top of the page. You will be shown your basket for review. Click "proceed to check out."
  • On the login page new customers should click the "create account." Repeat customers should enter their email address in the "login" box and their password in the "password" box. Press "login".
  • Complete the next 3 steps by entering all required information. On step 4, you will be presented with all your order information. Click the "confirm" button to submit the order. You will know that your order has gone through when you receive the "thank you" page with your order number. If you have not received this page, please contact our Customer Support at 201.963.DEEN (3336). Please be advised that once an order is confirmed, you cannot make changes to the order online

MODIFYING ORDERS
Can I modify my order? Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

PAYMENT
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We don’t in any case do COD or NET 30. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.

Coupon and/or Promotional Codes

  • Only one code may be used per order.
  • Certain items (including all sale items) are excluded from special offers.
  • Codes may not be applied after an order is processed.

GIFT BOX
Shopdeen.com will gift box your order provided you select this option at the time of purchase. Our gift box service includes our structured brown gift box with our signature Ivory ribbon and the item(s) wrapped in tissue inside the box. You are asked at checkout to include a gift message if you desire. This message is printed on a gift card, and included with the gift box. The recipient will receive a gift receipt. Please note an additional $5.00 fee will be added for gift Box service.

GIFT CERTIFICATE

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available for purchase online. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Gift certificates are delivered using USPS, with no shipping charges. You may choose to have your gift certificate shipped using another shipping method at an additional cost.

You can call us at our retail location to place your orders over the phone. We will kindly help you get your order place and normally ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.
